Platform Agreements & Policy Compliance
By using Cryptove you agree to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, the Play Console Terms of Service, and the Developer Program Policies that govern acceptable content, user data, and permissions. We also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service when we offer subscriptions through Google Play Billing and the Google Play Developer API terms when we automate listings or app management.
Use of Cryptove
Cryptove is offered as an educational, privacy-first chart analysis companion. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or guaranteed performance metrics. You are responsible for your own decisions, even when insights come from our AI-powered analysis engine. The app runs primarily offline; any optional cloud workflows are gated behind explicit consent.
Accounts, Security & Communication
Accounts are managed via Supabase authentication. Keep your login credentials confidential, enable biometric/2FA options when prompted, and report suspicious activity to hello@cryptove.app. We store only the minimum data needed (email, metadata, quotas, secure tokens) and protect it with row-level security, encryption, and limited visibility in our deployment scripts.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers (Premium, Enterprise) are provisioned through RevenueCat, which in turn relies on Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe receipts. Billing questions and refund requests should first go through hello@cryptove.app and, failing that, through the Play Console help center or the App Store. Subscription renewals respect store policies, and cancellation does not retroactively refund past usage.
Data & Content
All user data described in our Privacy Policy is subject to those terms. You retain ownership of charts or notes you upload, while Cryptove owns the application, brand, and analysis algorithms. Do not resell or redistribute proprietary insights generated by the app without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers & Liability
Cryptove is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular trading purpose. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or flawless analysis results. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for trading losses, missed alerts, or third-party outages.
Changes, Termination & Contact
We may update these Terms to reflect new legal obligations or Google Play policy updates with at least 30 days' notice on this page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Developer Program Policies, and we will notify you via email. Questions, appeals, or disagreement notices should be sent to hello@cryptove.app. If you prefer, you can also reach us through the Play Console support if you are reviewing a decision tied to the distribution agreements mentioned above.
