Scope & Contact
Cryptove AI develops the Cryptove experience for Android, iOS, and Web. This Privacy Policy applies to every channel where we collect or process your data and is linked from the Google Play listing and inside the app. You can contact us at hello@cryptove.app if you need clarification, want to appeal a data decision, or ask for documentation related to your privacy rights.
What We Collect
- Account & Authentication: Email addresses, display names, Supabase user IDs, and OAuth tokens to keep you signed in safely.
- App Usage & Preferences: Quota counters, language/theme settings, crash logs, and analytics events (only anonymized or consented) for quality improvement.
- Device & System Data: OS versions, device model, locale, biometrics availability, and notification identifiers used for push delivery and troubleshooting.
- Chart Media: Optional images or camera/gallery uploads you provide for analysis. These stay encrypted on your device unless you voluntarily share them with support.
- Purchase & Billing: RevenueCat, Google Play, or App Store transaction metadata (receipt IDs, platform, status) needed to manage subscriptions.
How We Use & Share Data
We process your data to authenticate you, enforce quota limits, run the AI analysis engines, deliver push notifications, prevent fraud, and provide support. All networking is over HTTPS/TLS, and Supabase row-level security plus Flutter Secure Storage limits what is shared back to the server. We never sell your personal data.
- Supabase manages authentication, database, and Edge Functions that store analytics, price alerts, portfolios, and quotas.
- Firebase (Crashlytics, Messaging) handles crash reporting, push notifications, and notification analytics.
- RevenueCat links Google Play/App Store payments to entitlements and handles subscription webhooks.
- Third-party APIs such as CoinGecko, Binance, and open market data feeds may be called only after explicit consent from gated experiences.
- Apple, Google Play, and their billing systems receive transaction metadata as required by store policies.
Retention, Deletion & Appeals
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the feature (e.g., analysis history, portfolios, subscription status). After you delete your Cryptove account or request erasure, we purge your profile and related records within 30 days while keeping anonymized telemetry for product health. To appeal a decision (account limitation, data retention, or support response), email hello@cryptove.app with your request and case details. If we cannot resolve it within 14 days, you can escalate via the Google Play Console support chain because these flows are governed by the Developer Program Policies and the Developer Distribution Agreement referenced in the Play Console terms.
Security & Processing
We protect your data with device-level encryption (Isar/Drift + Secure Storage), Supabase RLS policies, and strict access controls in our deployment scripts. Edge Functions run in secure Deno sandboxes. Biometric unlock and TLS everywhere ensure that sensitive tokens never leave encrypted storage unless you explicitly sync them.
